The following Terms and Conditions apply to your use of the ArgyleOnLine website and any purchases you make using the website.
You agree that all intellectual property in respect of the garments is the property of ArgyleOnLine held either directly or under licence.
All orders are subject to acceptance by ArgyleOnLine. ArgyleOnLine is not bound to accept any order. ArgyleOnLine may use their discretion to cancel or change an order.
Unless otherwise agreed, you are responsible for the costs of delivery.
Shipping is charged at a flat rate of $4.95 for the Auckland region (including Mahurangi and Cambridge), $7.50 for Northland, the Lower North Island and the South Island. The appropriate shipping costs are automatically added to the checkout.
Delivery timeframes quoted are estimates only. ArgyleOnLine will not be responsible for delivery delays due to causes beyond its control. We only deliver within New Zealand.
All prices and shipping costs are stated in New Zealand dollars and are inclusive of GST.
We accept VISA and Mastercard as terms of payment.
Additional payment options are Account to Account, Direct Credit or Cheque.
All cheque payments must be mailed to Argyle Schoolwear, 8 Hugo Johnston Drive, Penrose 1061 along with a copy of the invoice.
Payment may be arranged through Work & Income New Zealand (WINZ) by selecting Print WINZ Quote as the payment method. This WINZ quote will need to be taken to WINZ to approve and make payment to us quoting the ArgyleOnLine sales order number.
Orders will be dispatched once payment has been received in full.
All sizes are approximate; however we do attempt to ensure they are as accurate as possible. Please refer to the size guide for measurements.
We attempt to display product colours as accurately as possible on our website. However we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display will accurately reflect the actual colour of the product.
We undertake reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and products prices appearing on our website are correct at the time when the relevant content was entered into our website. We reserve the right to refuse orders where product information has been mis-published, including prices and promotions.
Goods are subject to availability. As there is a delay in the time when the order is placed and the time when the order is accepted, the stock position of a certain product may change between this time period. If an item you have ordered becomes out of stock before your order has been accepted we will notify you as soon as possible.
You may return item(s) to us within 14 days of receipt. Item(s) can be tried on for size but must be returned in their original condition.
Damaged, worn, unwashed or altered garments will not be exchanged, credited or refunded.
If a fault should appear after a garment has been worn please launder before returning.
Shipping costs of returning item(s) will be at your own expense unless an item is faulty; in this case please contact us to arrange free postage.
Exchanges or replacements are sent free of charge.
Refunds will be processed at the original purchase price using the original form of payment.
The website attempts to be as accurate as possible, however we do not warrant that descriptions of goods or any other content of the website is accurate, complete, reliable, current or error free. If goods offered by us are not as described, your sole remedy is to return them to us in an unused condition.
We use SSL (Secure Socket Layer) as our digital security certificate provider, providing our customers with the strongest certificate service available. Your credit card information is encrypted while being transferred to our servers.
